Return and Exchange Policy:

  • You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your printer ink cartridges and toner.
  • The item must be in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
  • Returns are not accepted for opened, used, or damaged items.
  • If you received a defective item, we offer a no-hassle return policy. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the item. Once we receive the defective item, we will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will issue a refund to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges:

  • If you would like to exchange your item, please contact us to initiate the exchange process.
  • We will send you a prepaid shipping label to return the item, and we will ship the replacement item once we receive the original item.
